I’m pleased to welcome Terra Clark as Transparent Path’s very first Customer Relations Manager!
Joining us in July 2023, Terra is a 2022 graduate of the University of California at Berkeley — an incredible school that’s very close to our hearts, as our esteemed advisor John Danner teaches there, and I’ve been known to guest lecture there on occasion.
Sunil and I met Terra in, of all places, Azerbaijan, where she was representing another US company, Hexas Biomass, at the 2023 Caspian Agro exposition. Sunil and I were impressed with her professionalism, her friendly demeanor, and her sense of humor! Given her education in sustainable environmental design, we knew she’d be an amazing addition.
Terra has already reached out to our customers and will be their primary contact going forward. In addition to managing those key relationships, Terra will also:
- Organize customer check-in meetings, send out updates, and facilitate invoices
- Train customers on the platform workflow
- Monitor the platform to inform customers of potential issues and give status updates
- Design social media content for our marketing efforts
